1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HireReady provides AI-powered resume optimization tools that help users tailor their resumes to job descriptions, generate ATS compatibility scores, and create cover letters. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job interviews or employment.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including resumes and job descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your resume content with third parties.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content. AI-generated output should be reviewed for accuracy before use. HireReady does not fabricate qualifications or experience — the AI only rephrases and reorganizes your existing content. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all output.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit packs do not expire. All prices are in USD.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: generate misleading or fraudulent resume content; attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls; reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
